This is my best shot of the moon at some point during the lunar eclipse last night. Not wonderful, but better than I expected considering I wasn't prepared and didn't even know how the particular tripod I was using worked. Some lessons on how to use the camera might help also. :)This was looking up through some tree branches.
A better shot that I got... I totally forgot that there was going to be lunar eclipse. Not that I could have seen it regardless, because we had a big thunderstorm roll through town... of all the days for it to rain!

ReplyDeleteThe eclipse was a grand sight to behold. I tried to get a couple of shots as well but had no luck. I did stand out in the deep-freeze for about 20 minutes watching it though.
