Save early and save often

The power just glitched here at the office. Lost a bit of my work. Ugh.

Reminds me of my days at the newspaper in an old building on a funky power grid -- and an ancient computer system held together by dustbunnies and prayer. Save early and save often was the motto then.

I think I'll be adhering to that today, because I've noticed that brown-outs and black-outs seem to come in clusters.
